About

As a technologist, teacher, husband, father, and dog trainer, I have many facets.

Educational Background

I received my M.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida. I am a Microsoft MCSE and MCT. I have always had a passion for computers and am constantly seeking to learn more about them. I endeavor to use what I learn to help others, and to make life more convenient and efficient at home, at work, and at school.

Teaching Philosophy

I prefer facilitative, Socratic, or learner-centered teaching styles. I believe that what students say they want should dictate teaching and that learner needs are more important than the curriculum. I enjoy working with students one-on-one and teaching students who are genuinely interested in their learning.

Personal Interests

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, entertaining my dog, designing websites, bicycling, and dreaming up innovations.
